Visited on sunday 31st may, they put two clowns on the front desk. The appointment is for 6 week immunisation, we are there with a crying baby, drove 1.5 hours to be on time and stressed for their response to be “it’s normal” that the nurse is half an hour late. No apology, instead talking to us as if we are wrong for asking how long. The clinic has 2 good doctors but a bunch of rude disrespectful passive aggressive clowns on the front desk. I am calling out the middle aged indian man and the blonde old lady with a mask. So ... read more
