I lived in one of the work/live in studios for 5 years and it was perfect for me as an artist. To be able to have that kind of space and split the huge room the way I wanted made it perfect to live alongside of my work. How they transformed this old masonic temple into what it is now is impressive. Noreen, the property manager, is always so pleasant and on top of things if there was ever an issue. Lived here for 2 years and loved it the whole time. I only left because my partner and I needed more room — and even then we were sad to leave such a pretty space and awesome windows. Included is how a unit could look with some stuff — and a cat!
The building is absolutely beautiful. It has all the modern updates with beautiful touches of the original history highlighted throughout. The building is extremely secure. The management team is professional, timely, fair, and openly communicates with tennents. The maintenance team is wonderful and very responsive in any needs.
