Lived here for 2 years and loved it the whole time. I only left because my partner and I needed more room — and even then we were sad to leave such a pretty space and awesome windows. Included is how a unit could look with some stuff — and a cat!
The building is absolutely beautiful. It has all the modern updates with beautiful touches of the original history highlighted throughout. The building is extremely secure. The management team is professional, timely, fair, and openly communicates with tennents. The maintenance team is wonderful and very responsive in any needs. This apartment building is so beautiful and special. I love how there are aspects of history you can see throughout the building, yet modern, making it unique. The building has such a great strong foundation and the walls are very thick, making it very quiet in each apartment. The neighborhood is actually very peaceful and quiet, and it’s great to have so many shops and restaurants close by at the Waterfront. I absolutely love Masonic Hall Lofts. The building and surrounding area are so quiet, and the apartments here are so well insulated. The walls are thick (thank you, Free Masons!), and the developers chose very thick doors and windows. I've been at many luxury apartments in Pittsburgh and around the country, and you can't replicate real masonry with dry wall and foam insulation.
