Have called and called and called. No answer. Nothing. Things are broken and no one to fix them. I wouldn’t recommend any of these houses or this management company at all.
Rented a home they managed on 2022. Solid customer service. Responded to questions and home was as advertised.
Why would you show up at 1130 am while house is occupied with vacationers to mow what little grass there is and toss a bucket full of chemicals into a pool that kids want to jump into? Knowing we check out the next morning? No warning to communication, nothing!! Try cleaning up the pool area, over grown weeds and grass, dead leaves from God only knows when, a used Condom wedged between the fencing. Seriously??
