I would not use Homestead again. They charges me for preparing an estimate after Northern Tool in Chattanooga had told me the same thing by visually observing the deck. They told me that they would give me an estimate of the work before they did anything. But when they called to tell me the estimate of over $500, they had already changed the oil plus run up a bill for over $100.
