We love Homestead Large Animal Dr. Benson and Dr. Joe and Karen, they are helpful and knowledgeable and always compassionate and caring with our horses. I would recommend them to anyone.
We needed them for an emergency on Memorial Day weekend for one of our horses that was down. They were here within the hour and we had never used their services before. Even tho we didn't have a good outcome I would use their services again. They were prompt, courteous knew what they were doing, very thoughtful, and gentle with our horse..
We have had Homestead out for routine care of our horses and sheep, and they have always been prompt, professional, and courteous. When we have had after hours emergencies, the vets have been incredibly compassionate, thorough in their evaluation and efficient in their treatment. We really appreciate having wonderful vets in our area and recommend them to anyone with livestock, horses, etc.

Very professional group of vets! They are always courteous and prompt at each appointment. They have excellent bedside manners when you’re going through an emotional time, like losing a horse. They’ve treated my horse, Comet over the years and saved his life from Potomac Fever. I’m very glad to hear that they are serving all of Wayne County now! I highly recommend them!! 😃
