Definitely could improve how staff are treated. Suzanne threatening employees with valid Dr. excuses saying they HAVE to work- very unsafe during this pandemic! Even better us Suzanne basically telling an employee with a Dr. note that she accepts it as a resignation EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY? NO licensed nurse on duty during the night?
The facility needs improved support for residents and their families during the hard times as well as the good times.
What a wonderful place. The atmosphere is so warm and "homey" and the staff is very attentive.The residents enjoy three good meals a day and families are welcomed to be involved in their activities. The staff has an "open door" policy to questions and concerns and is always available. Ken & Mary Alice Jones

My Mom has been there since October and now calls it her home. The staff is extremely friendly and caring!! My mind is at ease knowing her needs are being met on a daily basis!!
