Homestead did an amazing job refinishing 70 year old floors and then installing and matching new hardwood flooring in a room that previously had carpet. Great communication from the company. I wish all contractors were as professional as Homestead. Excellent work.

Edit: This review was edited and an additional star given after follow up from the owner. First, they did install the floors completely and correctly and they look great. That is the most important thing, but there were several niggling issues along the way due to insufficient note taking and recall from the initial walk-through. Homestead Flooring refinished my 10 year old hardwood floors that went from a dark cherry to a nutmeg color. The first time I saw my floors after they were complete, took my breath away. They were absolutely stunning. Jim really worked with me to get the perfect color. Very reasonably priced and quick. They completed the job in 3 days with very little inerruption to our daily lives.

I had HomeStead Hardwood Flooring refinish the floors in the 1920's house I just purchased. They did a great job at a reasonable price.
