Watch out for your money!!!!! If you use this Escrow company do so at your own risk. My son (27 years old) is a first time buyer and I helped him through the buying process. We were given an estimate of costs a few times during the process. I had to go over every line each time we got the estimate. There were many errors in the costs. When the final statement came through the escrow fees went from $700 to $1525 in a couple of days.
