Not an actual contractor. They farm out work to contractors, some of whom are good, and some of whom need to find another line of work. I got a GFI problem fixed right away a couple of months ago by Gene Duner, but my hot tub electrical installation has been stalled for days by the contractor (Zeus Electrical) not showing up.
The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in resolving my electrical issues. They made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. A truly hassle-free experience!
