This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL business i have ever delt with. My friends booked this company for a nigh out, having dinner reservations in newport the owner called 15 minuts before they were due to arrive and said they were going to be at least an hour late. Trying to reason with them we got three different stories from him, after the owner was rude telling us his employees are his "puppets" was the worst thing i have ever heard.
