Ricardo and his team completely remodeled our home a couple of years ago in the North Scottsdale area. Not only did they complete the job within the three month deadline (post pandemic), but they were dependable, efficient, hard working, and delivered exceptional quality. We are loving our remodel and are so thankful to Ricardo and the Homestead Team.
We worked with Homestead Construction (Ricardo and Ramon) on a large-scale remodel project on our 1920's home in the Garfield Historic District over the last year. The project involved reconfiguration of the main house layout (adding a laundry, expanding the bathroom etc.), major repairs to the sewer, subfloor and structure and a completely new kitchen.
