Ricardo and his team completely remodeled our home a couple of years ago in the North Scottsdale area. Not only did they complete the job within the three month deadline (post pandemic), but they were dependable, efficient, hard working, and delivered exceptional quality. We worked with Homestead Construction (Ricardo and Ramon) on a large-scale remodel project on our 1920's home in the Garfield Historic District over the last year. The project involved reconfiguration of the main house layout (adding a laundry, expanding the bathroom etc.), major repairs to the sewer, subfloor and structure and a completely new kitchen. We want to express our sincere thanks to Ricardo & the Homestead Construction team for the outstanding work completed in our home. We contacted Ricardo based upon a local recommendation & so happy we did! Our request was to convert our master closet into a 3rd bath for an adjoining guest room & build a new closet for the master bedroom. The results are AMAZING!
