Mice and refrigerator needs to be replaced ASAP
Terrible management. Dirty move in (see below where we moved in with SHIT still on our toilet - no solution provided by management, not even an apology). Overall, TERRIBLE living experience. Packages get stolen, ive had 3 isolated issues with packages and management hasn’t responded to one single issue. I had a phone call with the front desk that got so heated they hung up.. shows their professionalism. It’s not worth the cheaper cost. Just spend a little more and live somewhere else.
They should get a Double ZERO. Management does not care. Slow at making repairs. A camera is a must if you live here. They mainly come to make repairs when you are not home? They don't like appointments. WHY? The apartments are not updated. The city inspector are here this week. Read their reports online. Lots of issues this property is 50 years old. Some hallways are very dirty and smell bad. They are slow at clearing the snow from walkways. Always do a walk through before signing a lease. The reason I post the truth this w... read more

Think hard before you do anything because you will be stuck with your lease. Just don't, unless you have no other options 💯REAL.
