Think hard before you do anything because you will be stuck with your lease. Just don't, unless you have no other options 💯REAL.
I want to post an update. They still haven't put up the no smoking signs, 5 months later. Village Green has definitely abandoned this place. It's seedy. The no smoking signs are gone, and management doesn't care that people are smoking pot in the building, with smoke getting into everyone's apartments. I've complained but management does nothing. Unless you like all your belongings smelling like pot, don't move here. Oh, and ignore the cigarette butts littering the grounds and the filthy lobbies filled with dead leaves.
