I took my two year old son to Sarah because we were desperate for some help with his chronic constipation (since infancy) and with his sleep (he hasn't slept longer than a 3 hour stretch of sleep since birth. Sarah is phenomenal. She’s incredible…especially during pregnancy, postpartum and for baby! Shes gentle but EFFECTIVE! My body feels so much better with her nervous system based techniques - the adjustments hold and stay better! She’s truly a wealth of knowledge and a great source of holistic resources and is a treasure of a human being! Her office is great for kiddos and nursing. She is a mighty tool to have in your arsenal for health!
Over the years I have seen A LOT of chiropractors (I’m not kidding at least 10 or more) and she has been the best I’ve seen thus far. How she integrates facial work (CFT) into her sessions allows for such a deeper adjustment and release than anything I’ve experienced. My kids also adore her and happily get on the table for their turn (and fight in the car for who goes first). Her environment is so welcoming and I’m so happy I found Homestead!

Sarah and Sammy are both so amazing, I’ve had chiro care in all 3 of my pregnancies and they are easily some of the best, most thorough and tailored care I’ve received. So grateful for them!
