Excellent experience buying my first e-bike here. Henry and Oliver were welcoming when I entered the shop, we all had a great conversation as well. It was an easy decision for me to buy from this shop, with how knowledgeable and professional they are. Both Henry and Oliver took time to explain how to maintain and use my new e-bike. The owner was busy but still took time to check out my brake cable and found the cable bracket had severed on the frame. He then zip tied the cable to allow me the opportunity to continue our vacation and further address the issue later. I HIGHLY recommend Homestead Bike Shop for purchase or repair. It appears to also have a good array of e-bikes.Ā
So grateful to kind shop. I needed an emergency tube replacement. They were kind enough to take time out of an overpacked schedule to help me out. Truly grateful for the kindness.Ā
