The staff and facility at Homestead Estates of Leawood are absolutely the BEST!!!! My parents receive great care, the staff is attentive and supportive, and the facility is newly remodeled and beautiful!!!! This assisted living facility is top notch in every category!
Wonderful experience having Mom here. The executive director, Luanne, sets the tone for kindness & caring. The staff makes us feel like family. We are so grateful for this loving environment for Mom.

They both go above and beyond to provide excellent care, support staff needs and create a warm, welcoming, and loving environment for both residents and staff to thrive! I’m surprised by all the good reviews. If you are a black person don’t apply to work here. Luane the current ED is actively getting rid of black staff. She will overwork you, underpay and threaten to fire you if you stand up for yourself. Let me not get started with how the Nurse/RCC treat the residents. They both act nicely and smile when they have visitors.
