Homestead Art & Studio was created out of a deep appreciation for Iowa artists and the desire to contribute to the wonderful town of DeWitt. Our story begins with owner Sharon Larson of S. Larson Watercolors. Sharon has been painting watercolor portraits of homes and pets since 2014 and started teaching classes in her home and online. Love love love this place!!!
This place is a treasure trove of artists’ work from around the Midwest. I have visited twice in the last month. The owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the artists. I highly recommend paying them a visit if you a seeking a gift for someone or even yourself!
