Very poor management skills, the property manager threatened to evict the same day if my mother in law didn’t get a document they lost, she has provided this document several times and for some reason they always lose it. The lady is very rude and uses the tenants age and scare tactics to get things she’s to lazy to request herself. The property manager uses her position as a form of abuse and mistreatment. This is an elderly and disabled living facility and our elderly are mistreated by people who abuse their position. Ther... read more
The maintenance is well taken care of by Martin, and everyone seems to be friendly, but watchful of the premise. I enjoy going over to visit my friend and feel right at home with the tenants.
