I called to ask about the application fee so that i could apply for an apartment but the lady Marissa who answered the phone said she didnt know and would have Andretta call me. How do you work at an leasing office and don't know the answer to basic leasing questions and i never received a call back like she promised. I applied elsewhere
All of the staff (especially Andretta!) have been highly responsive and accommodating during a stressful and complicated move from out of state. I am truly grateful for Andretta's patience and assistance going above and beyond when logistical hiccups kept changing the plan. Looking forward to my time here as a resident.
