Tom was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He troubleshot the issue and found the fox right away! This is our second experience with Homestead Air Duct Cleaning and we will continue to use them in the future!
Tom and his team came out to clean my ducts. The amount of dust they pulled out of the ducts was shocking and they were very through. They ended up having to stay later than they thought to do the job correctly and never complained, just got the job done right. I never knew I needed this service but now I will be doing it regularly. The heater no longer smells like burnt hair when its running and my allergies have disappeared. This is a great company and will be using them again.
This company was hired to clean out my dryer vent piping and were prompt and concerned about my needs. Thanks
The technicians arrived right on time, wore protective booties, were respectful of my concern and gave me advice about using disposable pleated filters in my furnace instead of the metal reusable filter. They also cleaned my dryer vent and advised me to keep the laundry room door closed with the ceiling vent on when using the dryer so lint would not be sucked into the air intake which was located nearby. Saw this company’s ad on Tv and decided to give them a call and set up an appointment. Glad I did, Alex came and explained my options for Cleaning or Replacement of my ducts. I chose the Cleaning option. Not knowing what to expect since I had no idea how this would play. First they showed up early, which is always a good sign.
