This association price gouges residents and jacks up rates every single year. They are the only one I know of that even gouges you upon moving in. In their own policy it states "Capital Contribution 2 times the current monthly assessment due from buyer at closing." This is new since I bought here. What do they need that for?? If you buy a place here you will only be devalued by price hikes every year.
