Not even a 1 star!!! My mother was brought here and she doesn t get quality care nor respect from the office staff. And she was put on an antidepressant without knowing as well as the day i came in to see here there breakfast was changed due to lack of kitchen safety because lights feel down. No good management!!! NOR quality CARE of the building, residents and staff!!! Treat staff unfairly, and hire foul mouthed, crack heads to be a med tech, and people have slept on shift and residents share a community razor
This facility has maybe three or four of the "activities" and all other things that it says it has...Their website is a lie, the accomidations are nothing like what is advertised, and I would NEVER place my mother in such a ant covered, depressing place....not to mention they hire their help/caregivers off of the streets with a sign stuck in the front "lawn". Dont forget the FAKE administrator, sounds so polite and then treats her employees like they are her slaves, and have downsyndome or somthing, not to mention, the resid... read more
