Retunda was everything! I have worked with her before but this was my first time working with her for my own home purchase and she was absolutely a life saver! She was attentive to my needs and made sure I got in to my house. I am forever grateful to her honest communication with me through the entire process.
Very unprofessional. Did not return phone calls or emails. I'd give them zero stars if I could. After receiving "Welcome email" and turning in all our documents(had to send multiple times because apparently their portal doesn't upload documents--that would've great to know beforehand) my husband and I had to play phone tag to even figure out what was going on after 2 weeks. 3 weeks later we have received no pre-approval letter(we were told multiple times that it would be emailed).
