I've been with Homestar Finance for 5 years. They have consistently had the lowest interest rates of all the banks and a great majority of non-bank lenders. In 5 years, I had to call customer service just twice - and the second time was just today. I enquired about the recent interest rate cut and what my new loan rate would be. The customer service representative I spoke with, Joyce, was extremely helpful.
