HomeSquare USA is an absolute fraud. I bought my wife a vanity stool for $300 for Christmas. The package came punctured and when I lifted it, I was surprised to feel that it probably weighs 2-3 lbs. I don't even want to open the box for fear of not being allowed to return it. However, when I reached out to their Customer Service, they indicated I couldn't return the item under the "remorse purchase" policy. WTH! I don't want your crap product! Vanity came in with the countertop all cracked. I reached out to this company multiple times and no one replied. When i call the contact u s phone number on their website - The robot replies and says: "You are not allowed to call this number". They are big scammers and I hope no one ever buys anything else from them. Stay far far far away from them. PS: I am only giving them one star as that is the only way you can post the review. They deserve -5 stars! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Total scam artists sent wrong color refused to send a pre paid shipping label. Excuses as to why this isn’t possible. Amazon should kick them off of the platform.Cymax is the name of one of their brands.
Wrong item was shipped. They tried to change the item description and lied about which item was ordered. They refuse to reply faster than 2-3 days each email. First telling me correct item was sent. Sent screenshots proving it was not. Second telling my manufacturer verified correct product. Wrong again. Walmart contacted them 3 times. Each time I was reassured it was taken care of.
