The absolute worst company. I try to purchase a rug.. not in stock so I tried to cancel. I called the 800 number.. no answer. Ended up emailing and they said they would address in 48 hours… nope.. AMEX IS GOING AFTER THEM. Fraudulent
This company is by far the WORST of the WORST companies to order from in the past 30 years. 3 chairs came in damaged and undeliverable to our client. Reaching out to them was a joke. no accountability, NO lets make this right, NOTHING. Thank god for American Express that will NOT be giving them the money that they do not deserve but American Express personally told me that this company has the lowest rating possible and they have had several complaints against them. BUYERS BEWARE!! Do NOT buy anything from them!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it allowed this! No acceptable customer service resolution when they are clearly in the wrong! It's been about 1 month now and I'm still fighting with them and getting the run around! I thought I was buying from Walmart, but it was this POS company! Shame on Walmart too for not taking responsibility for something sold from their website!!
Well i didn’t say anything there profile and reviews shows everything but one thing i have to share that its very bad experience from this company i highly recommend please dont buy anything from them , they are big scammers once u order ur stuff they will block ur number and not answers .
