The worst experience with home square delivery. Ordered through Walmarts website and was unaware the furniture was not coming from Walmart. Home square is an absolute joke. My furniture was over 2 weeks late. Before it was even delivered, I said I wanted to return it so don’t both setting a delivery time. I was told it was a $500 restock fee deducted from my original payment for no reason except it was shipped and they already updated their stock to show it was bought?
HomeSquare USA is an absolute fraud. I bought my wife a vanity stool for $300 for Christmas. The package came punctured and when I lifted it, I was surprised to feel that it probably weighs 2-3 lbs. I don't even want to open the box for fear of not being allowed to return it. However, when I reached out to their Customer Service, they indicated I couldn't return the item under the "remorse purchase" policy. WTH! I don't want your crap product!
