As an out-of-state buyer, it was important to be assured that the property we intended to purchase was safe and that systems were functioning properly. HomeSpy Property Inspections – We have never done a home inspection. Chris was absolutely wonderful!! The best inspector you will find – We were so impressed with Chris from Homespy inspections as our property inspector. Because of his diligent inspection, we avoided buying a house that had foundation problems that were easy to overlook, but quite significant! Because of powers beyond our control, and some bad luck, we did *3* house inspections during the process of buying our house. we used homespy every time, and learned so much from his reports and guidance. He is excellent at what he does, and is a great guy also!!!
Very Thorough Inspection – Our appointment with Chris was scheduled for 10am. When we arrived there at 9:50 he had already gotten started inspecting the outside of the house. He included us in everything during the 3+ hours he was there and helped us to REALLY understand what was going on with the house we were about to purchase.
