Will give -100 . Found this company at a local home show. We needed a new french door. Came to our house in January, with a 4 hour sales pitch, which I sat through. Told me it would be about 2-3 months out, I was ok with that. They cancelled the first install. We set up a second install for May 9th. They were nice enough to call me 2 days before and tell me that we were not getting our door. Thank God we didn't give them any money. What a bunch of a-------!!!!!!! Worst company I ever worked with. From the begining, could not get anyone to return calls. When they did, they lied to cover up their mistakes. After over 3 months, my window install is still not complete and company will not give me truthful answers. I regret ever starting my project with them.
We purchased a patio door from Homespire earlier this year. The cost was over $10,000. The first delivery was cancelled. The second delivery resulted in the door not fitting the opening and a new crew showed up on the third try to "make it fit" They installed the door but there is an opening at the bottom. The blinds for the door are inside sealed glass panes. One of the blinds is crimped and looks terrible. We had 14 double-hung windows installed in August 2019. I went with this company because I felt they would be above others with respect to integrity after seeing a demonstration. Let me preface this review saying I usually get 3 quotes on any project. I did not in this case. I feel they have a good product but was disappointed with how they priced the project.
