This is a revised review. After spending a great deal of time with one of the team leaders, we were confident we had chosen the correct company . I had an appointment I made 3 days ago and they did not show up. SO disappointed as I had really high hopes that this company was reputable. My husband and I set 2 hours of work time aside to accommodate this company for an estimate and to just not show up is UNACCEPTABLE!! Not to mention upon making the appointment the rep was so insulting that he insisted that both my husband and myself had to be present in order for them to come because apparently I am incapable of making financial decisions. My representative was on time for our appointment and very knowledgeable about the product and how the windows would work for our home. My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of the windows and especially the warranty! We highly recommend Homespire for anyone looking for new doors and windows and we will gladly use this company again for future projects.
I called the company. There were miss understanding resulted they couldn't make the appointment. The management team (VP) contacted me and arranged a follow up visit to provide an estimate. The manager was knowledgable in explaining the options and construction of the door. A quote was provided and given 30 day expiration day. The manager was professional and friendly.
