Steve did a very thorough job, explaining the major issues first& all the way down to no drain stopper in the bathtub. He answered all questions I asked & did follow up with me on the phone a few days later. He has saved me potential thousands of dollars in repairs. Very professional & courteous & a great sense of humor. I would recommend him to anyone!

Awful, just awful. Did not check a single valve in the entire home we purchased. On our second day in the home went to do laundry and the hot water to the washer did not work. The valve was completely broke, which obviously was not checked during inspection or would have been caught. The garage door is in dire need of replacement and is not safe for children to be playing under or near. We were told by Steve it was in good condition other than some hail damage. Steve was excellent and very detail oriented. He was very clear on what the bigger issues were and the smaller ones too. He took time to show everything and fully explained when necessary. I'm certain that he caught things that other inspectors might have missed.
