Poor business due to management. No on sight supervision to address concerns of customer. Cannot get project completed if problems arise, your project gets reassigned as fill in due to poor time management. Great craftsmen and women, but they should not be put in the middle of issues that management needs to address. Had issues with cabinets and installation, manager told installer to just get it done make it work. Quick fix was shoddy at best and not what I payed $11,000.00 plus for.
