We do not offer the services described and have never employed anyone named Emma or Mark. We haven't been at the address listed for 15 years. We have asked Google to remove review but they haven't responded.
SCAM...Unprofessional, and I sense they are crooks... Emma left me a voicemail about me being approved for a 3% loss mitigation modification approval and said that if I didn't call her back she would close my file and I would be denied. I called and spoke to Mark he hung up on me the first time I called...He's an angry and rude man.
