I made the mistake of hiring Robert Hryniewich as my agent. His communication and negotiation skills are not very good and he was not easy to work with.
I was a challenging client! He was patient and kind, and took me out looking at houses several times. He helped me with a couple minor fixes at my old address so that it would sell quickly and for a much higher price. He helped me get my new house with the fewest problems and for a great price! I would highly recommend him to anybody and if I ever move again, he’ll be my realtor!
Robert is the best in the industry. He has represented us in two transactions and will be our realtor for all future deals. His market knowledge is unmatched. Extremely resourceful, responsive, and always one step ahead. If you're looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond, look no further. Highly recommend without hesitation!
