John assisted my wife and I in the sale of our home in March of 2025. Throughout the process, John was a consummate professional. He has a knack of really listening to his clients' needs, is thoughtful in his interactions with others and is a keen negotiator. John provided us with valuable advice regarding which home improvements to make that would maximize the selling price of our home and communicated closely with us throughout the selling process to answer our questions and provide support.

John was an absolute all star and I would use him again in a heartbeat. John is timely, professional, and is easy to get ahold of. We sold our home with him in April 2025. Did not originally want to use a realtor when selling my condo but I am so happy that I decided to reach out to John Barile. His lengthy experience and relentless commitment to selling my home and at the best possible price was incredible, not to mention beyond what I had expected. I had many setbacks along the way (with HOA mostly) but I was never alone. John was there at every turn. He brought industry resources and experience that helped beyond measure.
