Met Pamela at an open house and realized she was/is the one who would help us find our special home in Villa Monterey. "Ours for life", she has gone way beyond what was expected with suggestions, successful assistance and pretty much everything that was or is needed. Just love her.
I don't recommend Dianna Vrh agent, she doesn't advocate for first time buyers, she answers calls up until you put an offer in and the process is official, then after that it's hard to find her. She also recommended her husband as the inspector for the house that she was the buying agent for (which is not professional at all) and she tried to make the process go faster to finish up and she hides the house problems, her husband (inspector) doesn't do a good job on inspecting, he took 1 to 1.5 hr to do the inspection which is ... read more

I had a great experience buying my first home with Pamela. It was an aggressive seller's market when we were looking; as soon as we finished the viewing for a home and placed an offer, the house would come under contract while we were viewing. When all hope seemed lost, Pam found the best of all the houses we had viewed and used her expertise to make sure we were first on this deal. Highly recommend Pamela for any home buyer.
