HomeSmart provided very quick service for my faulty furnace. Barney assessed the issue, had to go to the warehouse for a replacement blower motor and returned a few hours later to install it. However, when installed the blower was not functioning at 100% so he immediately got a replacement ordered and replaced the new unit. HomeSmart provided knowledgeable, professional, no fuss service and no extra fees to get my furnace up and running. Very pleased!
Thomas was hands down the best. Found the issue, corrected it, and went above and beyond making sure my furnace would purr. Not only that, he took his time to articulate the issues and gave great recommendations for the future. Highly recommend the service, thank you!

I woke up on President's Day with no hot water, and called Homeserve for a technician to come to the house to look at the water heater. The Tech arrived in 20 minutes. Verdict? Leaking water heater. He wrote up the quote, and before I could sign the contract from Homeserve electronically, the Installation Team knocked on the front door. No lie!
