caring, nice and informed employees
The technician Jayson was very friendly and professional. He did the annual maintenance on my first floor AC unit and did a thorough and excellent job. He checked all the necessary parts and did a voltage test to ensure the unit is running properly and efficiently. I would definitely request Jayson again to maintenance my units.
The team led by Preston did a great job. They did everything I wanted. I have nothing but praise.
HomeServe has predatory mailing practices. They send you unwanted mail trying to sound official and claiming to partner with your local water and/or gas service provider. Then they pressure you into responding by giving fake time limits you have to respond by and using wording that makes it sound like a response is required, when in actuality you can and should just trash the mail.
