Their managing broker Adam Cox opening tells their agents that hiding material defects is common place in their agency. Be aware when doing business with them.
I had been with HomeSmart for close to 10 years now and it’s gone downhill in the past year. I brought a concern I had regarding a material defects that another agent at the company lied about to my client. When I tried to submit the evidence and brought it to the attention of Adam Cox, the managing broker, I was gaslit and told that agents do it all the time. Homesmart agents are equipped with industry leading technology, education and support.... all integrate well to have a greater impact for bringing exceptional value to clients. That is unfortunate to see a few reviews of individual client/agent relationships struggled, that is the exception and not what you should expect!
