Awful. They installed a fake wood floor in my condo and after only two years it is a mess. They come out and glance at it and want to bill me to fix. As with so many things they have a minimal 12 month warranty which they hide behind. No one stands by their work these days, and it’s clear the profit is in repairing and replacing, not giving you a product that will last. Cancelling my insurance policy because they are requiring the full replacement of a roof that has no defects or issues and is at least 10 years from the end of its useful life. I hired an independent roof inspector who recommended very minor items such as painting flashing and removing less than 10 square feet of minor moss accumulation. They refused to take the roof inspector's findings into account.
