Cancelling my insurance policy because they are requiring the full replacement of a roof that has no defects or issues and is at least 10 years from the end of its useful life. I hired an independent roof inspector who recommended very minor items such as painting flashing and removing less than 10 square feet of minor moss accumulation. They refused to take the roof inspector's findings into account.
A really great team of professionals. Great ideas, I am so happy and my home is a stunning reflection of all their work. Their products are top notch. I wish I had another project!
