I initially reached out and was just sitting in the queue no one was working on my file then a month after waiting to hear back I reach out to team Vining to follow up. Then I was told no one had been working on my file Alexis ask me if I submitted all documents when clearly everything was uploaded to the portal then she ask am I working. Homeside saved us! All I can say is I dealt with my original lender for 1.5 months, and one week before closing, we ran into a deal killer. At the 9th hour, in 4 days Homeside approved and got my loan closed on time. We started the new loan process on a SATURDAY night and literally closed that coming Friday. Nick our lender was fast, communicative and came to closing with presents in hand. Thanks so much to this team!
Absolutely horrible experience John Norris and his team dropped the ball countless times with my loan missing important details and telling me about it at the very last second pushing my closing back numerous of times not answering phone calls not calling back absolutely no communication Can not and will never recommend this team of professionals
