I purchased my first home through Homeside three years ago July. My identity was stolen right around the time I signed my paperwork. I could never prove this came from Homeside but I know. I'm aware of the careless mistakes their employees did during my experience there. We were given a formal approval for a home and then a few minutes later we were called to be told it was denied due to a medical disability of mine. Waste of time and resources. I would rather be homeless than talk to Cliff Cox about a home loan.
My wife and I needed to refinance our home so we could do some upgrades. The experience with Homeside and Jason Marsh's team was seamless and simple. I would absolutely recommend Homeside for any type of mortgage needs! They are absolutely amazing!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TRANSFER YOUR MORTGAGE TO AMERIHOME WHICH IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT TAKE OUT THE PAYMENTS FROM BANK ACCOUNT AND ARE CHARGING ME LATE FEES.
I would not recommend. It was an extremely long and drawn out process for my son. Fees and costs were way too high. Would have gone elsewhere but the realty company’s forced him to use them.
