Just as cheap, but way more responsive than the big online lenders. I shopped around, and Homeside was the same price or cheaper than the others. We were able to go from offer to closing in 21 days, even being first-time buyers and self-employed. Julie Russ was able to help us avoid delays and was super responsive, professional, and all-around there for us. She even came to the closing! This sort of personal service is exactly what you need in a mortgage lender. The underwriting department was equally helpful and responsive.
Noah and the entire team at Homeside were extremely helpful and super nice from start to finish. They answered every question that we had, as this was our first time going through the home buying process and they put our minds at ease through the entire thing. Noah made sure to check in frequently and was at the closing table to make sure we had no further questions. Will definitely recommend them to our friends/family when looking to buy a home, and will definitely be using them again. Super happy with their service!!
I know Charles professionally and have referred friends and clients to him several times. He definitely knows his stuff, and I plan to keep working with him. Next time I need a mortgage, I'll use him myself. I know he and his team value customer service and following through with their clients.
Will never do business with this company again. You name it nothing has gone smoothly . They are sending a 2nd notary tonight because apparently everything I signed yesterday isn't any good. This is just the latest mess with this company.
