The trigger for needing the service was a huge number of bees or wasps on the exterior wall in the back. There was no mention of this in the technician notes. Did you kill the bees/wasps? This was mentioned in setting up the contract and photos were sent of the huge number of bees. Since we haven't moved in yet, I'm counting on the tech report (or photos) to tell me what occurred and I don't know if this was handled.
Alex was very friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I look forward to seeing him again.
