I had Chris and Elias complete the first service on my home and they were very informative and thorough. They reviewed my contract with me and answered all my questions and concerns. After a sweep of my home, I noted that they removed all wasps nests on my fence line and did a very good job of removing cobwebs that other pest control companies seem to miss. So far, I am very impressed with their services and appreciate the eco-friendly options they provide.
Tech was great. Always is. But I am so frustrated with this company. I have asked multiple times to get a warning when they are coming. Despite a bunch of promises...once again...today they just showed up and I did not get my backyard serviced...so I paid in full for half service. If y'all want to keep my business...this needs to get fixed. I'm tired of asking nicely. Terrible customer service.
