Tom contacted us with a heads up on his arrival time. He went thru each item on the protection plan and answered our questions to our satisfaction. He offered to set us up for a free termite inspection. He assured us that we can have the 2 inaccessible rooms of our home today sprayed at another time. He assured us that we could access his inspection report for today online with photos. We are thankful for his prompt, thorough and courteous service.
