Worst company on the planet! Asked the. To come out and fit a sump pump for my mum, they came and assessed, said they could do the work, sent a quote and from that point just ghosted us. They don’t answer their phones, don’t reply to emails or WhatsApp messages. Fair enough if you don’t want the work but at least have some professional decorum and say so! Weeks wasted and my mum still has no flooring down and is an elderly woman who is a falls risk.

Hired Homeshield for damp remediation. Their "guaranteed for 15 years" damp proofing failed after less than a year. They will not return my calls or emails, they are not accepting responsibility for the work they did, despite my certificate of guarantee and they fob me off if I ever do manage to get through to any of them. Avoid at all costs.

I requested to give me a quote for risi g damp in the bedroom . I was advise by phone that it can't be rising damp in the bedroom as it is going above the floor level by 1m only and I need to get the roofers. When I said that I have a bungalow and all signs of rising damp the guy still was repeated that it is not a rising damp and switch off the phone.
