We had a pretty awful experience with HSPM. Communication from them was nonexistent - I couldn't get anyone to return my calls, and when I brought in an agent they could only get infrequent responses and were mostly ignored. We scheduled a showing of a property with plenty of notice, and HSPM said that the tenants were informed - when we arrived for a showing, the tenants had no clue we were coming and said the property manager never told them.
