If I could give 0 stars I would. Home serve gave me a price of $4.99 it ended up being $16.41 then when I tried to cancel I was talked to like I was a clown, laughed at then told to call the water company. Hours later and a call loop from homeserve and the Louisville company my account is still being charged. DO NOT use this service.
I had a plumbing problem and called around 8:30 am. By 11:30 my issue was resolved! I’m a very happy customer!
