Horrible company dealt with them for years through America home shield (another horrible company) one out of three technicians knows what they are doing. They have cost me hundreds of dollars .
I have been waiting on service since weds I have been without water totally given the run around this place is horrible I wish I could give 0
Terrible experience on multiple occasions. I had them out to fix a leak in a bathroom sink. Problem reoccurred multiple times and I had them back. Several times it was a new plumber claiming the former one did something wrong and that the company couldn’t keep people. They have a 30 day policy and when I once called 40 days after they made me pay to have someone come out.
