I had a very good experience shopping at this sofa store. The showroom has a wide selection of modern and traditional sofa designs. The staff was helpful and gave honest suggestions based on my space and comfort needs. The sofa quality is excellent and durable. Pricing was fair, and delivery was handled carefully and completed on schedule without any problems.
Let me start by saying I’m a younger woman who is not white-presenting, and unfortunately my experience reflected a clear lack of care and basic customer service. You’re honestly better off going down the street to TJ Maxx — it’s better organized, the customer service is much stronger, and they carry the same products.
