I personally think that Homegoods is better but Homesense does have a selection of cool & unique items! There is always something I need from here and the store is big. There is never long lines for when I come and staff is nice.
Some sideboard buffets were showing screws that looked like they were used after not assembling them properly.
I’m not sure if the management changed, it used to be a pleasant experience. Zero customer service, no manners. All cashiers today were rude, angry, hating the customers’ very existence simply bec we lined up to pay. One cashier was yelling at the customer next to me bec. She hesitated on how she is gonna pay (cash or card). Mine was angry bec I dared to ask him to remove an item after he scanned it. Train your staff or fire them.
