Insane amount of items. If you can’t find it here they probably don’t make it. Clean and well kept
Need a bigger furniture selection. I mean the next closest Homesense is 100miles away. If you're looking for a chair or couch you're better off going to Ethan Allen.
Not very accommodating customer service at the Westlake store. Asked for a gift receipt for 3 different items. She printed the 3 items all on one gift receipt. I asked if she can print them separately so I can give them to 3 separate people. She said she cannot do and said you didn't ask for 3 separate receipts once its printed. Customer Service is when they go that extra step for a customer. She could have re rung the order and printed 3 separate gift receipts.
