Not very accommodating customer service at the Westlake store. Asked for a gift receipt for 3 different items. She printed the 3 items all on one gift receipt. I asked if she can print them separately so I can give them to 3 separate people. She said she cannot do and said you didn't ask for 3 separate receipts once its printed. Customer Service is when they go that extra step for a customer. She could have re rung the order and printed 3 separate gift receipts.
Dishes were poor quality. I bought 2 sets and had to return both of them. On both boxed the dishes had scratches and defects. One was prior return but I did not see it in the store. Returns with defects should be mentioned not to waiste my time and gas driving back an forth. Not interested to shop on this store!
A smaller, more upscale version of Home Goods. Nice selection of decor and furniture. Store is clean and well organized, staff is friendly and helpful.
