I recently had a disappointing experience at HomeSense involving a cashier named Bridgette. I had planned to purchase a $30 crystal and a tote bag that was marked at $0.99 but did not have a tag. After the manager approved a $5 discount on the crystal due to minor damage, there was confusion at checkout. I just had to share my experience at HomeSense today, Monday June 1. I normally don’t post store reviews, but felt I had to share. I had never been to the store before but have wanted to check it out. I love home goods type stores so was excited to stop in. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted, by what turned out to be one of the store managers. He was so funny, friendly and eager to assist. Cute store! Nice furniture! I like how everything is set out and the couches and chairs are rapped in plastic so it doesn’t get dirty. If you buy furniture their the staff helps you put it into your car which is very helpful! Good pricing for furniture here, they also have nice rugs and pillows of all different shapes,sizes and colors! Come shop here for your furniture needs!!
